We want you and your little ones to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
